25 acres (10 hectares) of land with a Waterfall and two streams bordering the property
The parcel of land is located 6 miles west of Calobre, Veraguas and 6 miles north of San Francisco, Veraguas. Current access by car is through the town of Calobre on a tosca road. The last 300 meters of the entrance need some road work for easier access.
The farm has community water hookup and lots of running water from both streams year round. The farm does not have access to power at this moment and there is mention of the power being brought in.
Santiago city is 1.25 hours driving and Aguadulce city is 1.50 hours driving. The parcel can be accessed from the panamerican highway from the turnoff in El Roble Aguadulce(Divisa) and also from the city of Santiago.
